Clear Communication
We believe you should never have to wonder what's happening with your order. That's why we stay in close communication from the moment you drop off to the moment you pick up. If we have any question about how you'd like your meat processed, we'll call you to make sure you're happy.
Fully Traceable
We strategically schedule your livestock, such that they are provided with their own clean enclosure separate from other animals. Each animal is assigned a tag number at drop-off and that number follows them throughout the entire process from arrival, to harvest, to fabrication, to packaging, and then on to pick-up. Rest assured, the livestock you drop-off is the meat you get in return.
